How to Schedule and Join Virtual Learning Consultations

Virtual Drop-In Evening Sessions for MATH 124 & 150:

1. Visit https://wvu.campus.eab.com or click on "Navigate" in your WVU Portal.

2. Log in with your WVU MIX credentials.

3. Click on "Get Assistance" in the top right-hand corner.

4. On the right-hand side, you will see "View Drop-In Times.

5. Select "Tutoring" in the Appointment Type field.

6. Scroll to the "STEM Learning Center" and click on "Course-Based Tutoring."

7. Select the current day to drop-in on your math learning consultation.

8. Below the Calendar, select “STEM Learning Center” for the location and choose the math course in which you are interested in receiving a consultation. 
   

9. On the right-hand side, you will see the drop-in times with a Zoom link under the Drop-In profiles. Copy the Zoom link into your web-browser and this should allow you into the Zoom room.

Virtual Friday Appointments for All Offered Courses:

1. Visit  https://wvu.campus.eab.com or click on "Navigate" in your WVU Portal.

2. Log in with your WVU MIX credentials.

3. Click on "Get Assistance" in the top right-hand corner.

4. Select "Tutoring" in the Appointment Type field.

5. Scroll to the "STEM Learning Center" and click on "Course-Based Tutoring."

6. Select the Friday you would like to set up the appointment on, in the Calendar. 
   

7. Below the Calendar, select “STEM Learning Center” for the location and choose the course in which you are interested in receiving a consultation. 
   

8. You should see the available days and times appear. Select the day and time that works best for you!
