How to Schedule and Join Virtual Learning Consultations
Virtual Appointments for All Offered Courses in the Help Schedule:
All appointments must be made 12 hours in advance of the time you would like! If no appointments are showing up, there are no appointments available that day!

Visit https://wvu.campus.eab.com or click on "Navigate" in your WVU Portal.

Log in with your WVU MIX credentials.

Click on "Get Assistance" in the top right-hand corner.

Select "Tutoring" in the Appointment Type field.

Scroll to the "STEM Learning Center" and click on "Course-Based Tutoring."

Select the day you would like to set up the appointment on, in the Calendar.

Below the Calendar, select “STEM Learning Center” for the location and choose the course in which you are interested in receiving a consultation.

You should see the available days and times appear. Select the day and time that works best for you!
Appointments are set to 30-minutes!
If you would like to schedule an hour-long appointment, you can schedule two back-to-back appointments.
